Tricks don’t work
So your ego is telling you that you are smarter than your mind? Yeah nice!
You think you have the power to numb something? ahhhhh now we are talking. Yes you do, but is that the right way? Doesn’t the mind remember things pretty well?
Where do these two lead to? Absolute confusion for sure…..
Trickery is trickery, it is not the truth or transparency which we know ultimately leads to freedom in all areas of life.
Instead of trying to trick your mind into believing something is not happening why not open the mind to what is happening? Of course in the moment that may be a little more painful than you want but in the long term it is far less painful.
When we open the mind we start to experience true freedom!
