Books
You can read books, they are good, they teach us a lot, they make us think, they help in many ways.
You can also have conversations with people, ask them questions, tap into their knowledge on topics where they can teach you something.
The skill set to learning in both scenarios is the same yet we are becoming weaker at exercising the latter option.
Let people speak when you ask them a question and actually listen to their answers, there is no competition, it is not you versus them, ask them why, ask more questions based on their answers so you deepen your understanding of their knowledge.
Soak up their brilliance like a sponge and in doing so further yourself as a human being.
