Ask the question
Something different, a little bit out of the blue maybe, something more than just the standard “how are you” that you rarely focus for long enough to hear the answer to anyway.
Two things will happen.
1. You will drive a deeper connection and
2. You will learn something that is valuable. Both bringing only positive effects.
