Disconnected
The feeling when someone disconnects the phone on you is a weird one, empty, often anger or frustration but it presents with a unique opportunity that sadly few take.
It gives you immediate space to process things, to think, to not think, to be, to breathe. It may well not be the right time for big decisions but it is absolutely the right time to have space for yourself.
The challenge here is to create that space without someone disconnecting the phone on you. Recreating the situation of no distractions of nothing but yourself, if your thoughts come then so be it, if they leave then that’s also cool.
It may sound out there, try it, do not presume!
