It’s not ok
To wake up feeling tired.
To treat other humans badly.
To go out and buy bigger clothes because you are putting on weight.
To go to a job you hate.
To use the word average to describe any part of your life.
To not care about the planet you live on.
To hoard things you do not need.
To workout less than 3 times per week.
To have no values.
To not be part of a community.
To not listen when others talk.
To coast through life.
To neglect your physical and mental health.
To take no action on the above!
