This moment
This moment with everything that is here, is everything that is needed and everything it is supposed to be. If it was supposed to be different then it would.
Call it gratitude, call it something else. Does it even need a label, what about no name, it is now and it is beautiful.
There may be coffee in the cup, there may be light, the sun, it’s power, colour, peace, perhaps even your favorite human by your side in body or mind.
Breathe, think about life, see it in the relaxed and beautiful state that you have the ability to live it.
This moment is good.
