The Energy Between

It’s the ultimate contrast of paradise and hell. In one moment it’s all you ever wanted but in the next you just can’t see a way out and it becomes crippling.

It’s everything you wanted but nothing you are able to sustain or have the desire to live through.

It’s ok mate you are not alone, many have been there, many are still there and many more will travel the unpredictable route you are on.

Vision drives decision and the clarity in one side of the brain is so crystal clear that the decisions are easy, almost like you are not even making them, it’s autopilot, it’s second nature.

The other side of the brain lives in conflict, lives in a cloud and lives in the unknown. For the most part there is no vision and without vision there can be no decision.

But at times there are shimmers, light and bright scenes of what can be, of how these two parts of the brain, these two worlds can live in perfect harmony.

In reality the two compliment each other but only if you allow them. The energy needs to flow between them. Everyone around you wants both, for you and for them. They can coexist, it is that coexistence that actually helps them and you live longer in a beautiful harmony.

One does not fight the other. You fight one with the other. You try and rationalize, you try and justify a certain dose of one with the other. You are trying to be the referee in the ring that doesn’t need one and if you stay too long all that happens is that the punches thrown land double hard in the places you are least able to handle them.

It’s not easy, if it was everyone would do it. Ha. The oldest cliche in the book.

But it is doable. Relax, interact, switch on, switch off, smile, close, open, think, be.

It’s a lot but it’s possible, you are not the first, you will not be the last.
